From high-intensity sweat sessions to strength-building and feel-good movement, our group classes are designed to suit every age, stage and fitness level—no experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

Circuit style class - intense full body workout, including cardio, body weights, and resistance training. Most challenging class of the week. Suitable for most people, as exercises can be varied.

Same as Super Saturday, only a 45minute session and probably not as intense. Intermediate level.

Strength and conditioning based program focusing on fundamental strength based movements, e.g. squats, lunges, deadlifts, presses, rows and carries. The conditioning component will push you physically and mentally with a mix of assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs, and sleds

Focuses on moving with urgency in a HIIT style session. Explosive resistance body weight movements. Perfect cardio blowout. 45min

This is a gentle re-introduction to fitness class, more tailored to mums, either pre or post-natal (but open to all).
Bubs have a big indoor play area near the class area. Prams are welcome, bubs are welcome to stay in the pram. Children of any age are welcome, but must be supervised by the parent at all times.
